EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE I know nothing about vaping the staff was more than helpful at helping me find an easy to use device. Unfortunately that device then stopped working the day after I bought it. I went back to the store and they immediately apologized, quickly identified the issue was a defective part by the manufacturer and provided me a replacement free of charge. I would highly recommend this store to anyone.

My favorite shop to go to! Mark, Nick, and Christian are so chill and helpful. I’ve bought good glass here and they have so much to choose from at reasonable prices. Some real unique stuff. Great working grinders with cool designs, I love my rick and Morty grinder. And when a product was faulty, they were amazing dealing with it, they filled me in on the situation and even gave me a replacement! So much love for these guys!

Really great shop! Stopped in this morning. Great selection and prices you don't expect at brick and morter. More than that is a beautiful store that you will actually enjoy spending time in and the staff is wonderful! Best hookah/smoke shop I've ever been in UPDATE: came in for my second visit and all of the shine is still on the apple! Incredible shop!

This is my boyfriend and I's preferred shop for any vape juice or accessory we're in need of. The workers are always friendly and the owner is personable and clearly proud of his shop, a well deserved feeling. Worth making your regular stop for whatever your need might be.

AMAZING!!!! I first went to this store about 4 months ago with a friend and was amazed by the variety of products and the prices, easily the lowest in the area. The owner was friendly, knowledgeable and suggested some really good products. I ended up buying a whole lot of things. I have gone back many a times and must call out their EXCEPTIONAL customer service every single time. Favorite shop for me and my friends now:)

This place is GREAT and I go here every time I need something! It has literally everything you'll need, from cones to a wide array of glass that makes me want to browse for hours. Thicker Cloudz has all the newest vapes and vape products so theres no need to waste money ordering something from online. Plus ask how you can sign up to earn points towards discounts on future purchase.

Thicker clouds is literally the best store to literally go to in arlington. Not only do they have great customer service, but their price ducts are the best in the area. Definitely come !!!!?
